To assist you better, what is the issue with the printer?

Are you trying to enable web services?

Refer to this document to know how to turn it on.

 

If there are any errors, perform the steps mentioned in this document - Cannot Connect to Web Services

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your Mac.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
