Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Printer

Hi! 

 

I have several printers that have been printing weird symbols. We used to run printing jobs off of wifi but had switched to being over a wired network instead. We didn't have this issue until the switch to a wired connection. Can't seem to find the cause through here or internet searching. Hoping someone can help. Please let me know if you need more information. Not sure what else to put.

 

Other info that gets printed includes:

 

Host IP

Connection: close

User-Agent

I see that you are facing gibberish issues with your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-In-One Printer.

  

Please download and install the firmware update by following the steps from this document.  (Click on the word document to open the web page).
