Smart Tank Plus 551
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The printer is printing everything except my designs from my Embrillinace file.  When I setup to print and hit print preview there is nothing on the page but the centering  lines.  The page that whos the ink color and design which is page two prints out fine.  Just the first page not printing.

@Merlsie Which software are you using to print?

And does the issue only occur when attempting to print using that file? If yes, check with the manufacturer of that file/program.

Please ensure the website you are on, give you the rights to print, if not, you may want to save the HTML as PDF and then print.

P.S: Welcome to HP Community 😉

Keep us posted,

And the answer to the above question will help me, help you!

Keep me posted, and if any of the above questionnaires helped resolve the issue,
