HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer
macOS 12.0 Monterey

I am using macOS Ventura 13.0.  My HP Pro 6978 is the dock.  I usually use this to start a scan or to access printer utilities.

Now, when I select on the printer icon in the dock, I get the error, ""Print service is not available". I am connected to the Wi-Fi, and I'm able to print a document from the Mac. I am trying to open the printer from the dock so I can access the "Clean the print heads" utility.

I reset the printer and when that didn't work, I removed it and reinstalled it.  I still get the error when I try to access the printer from the dock.  I am able to access it through the HP Smart icon from the dock.

I don't have any idea what else to do to solve this error.
