Hi @TTJ2023,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 printer is printing test pages fine but printing blank pages when you send print jobs from your phone, there could be several potential reasons for this issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps to help you resolve the problem.

  • Check Ink Levels: Ensure that your printer has enough ink or toner. If the ink levels are low or empty, replace the cartridges.
  • Print Settings on Your Phone: Make sure you've selected the correct printer on your phone and that the settings, such as paper size and orientation, are correct.
  • Mobile Printing App: If you're using a mobile printing app, check if it's updated to the latest version. Sometimes, updating the app can resolve compatibility issues.
  • Wi-Fi Connection: Ensure that both your printer and phone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. If they are on different networks, your phone won't be able to communicate with the printer.
  • Printer Driver and Firmware: Check if there are any available firmware updates for your printer. Updating the firmware can resolve bugs and improve compatibility with mobile devices. Additionally, make sure you have the latest printer drivers installed on your phone if required.
  • Print from Another Device: To isolate the issue, try printing from a different mobile device or computer. If the problem persists only on your phone, it may be related to your phone's settings or app.
  • Clear Print Queue: Sometimes, print jobs can get stuck in the print queue. Clear the print queue on your phone and restart both the printer and your phone.
  • Check Mobile Device Compatibility: Ensure that your mobile device is compatible with the HP OfficeJet Pro 8035. Check the printer's manual or HP's website for a list of compatible devices.
  • Network Issues: If there are network issues, it may cause problems with mobile printing. Check if other devices on your network can print successfully.
  • Reset Network Settings on the Printer: You can try resetting the network settings on your printer and reconfigure the Wi-Fi connection from scratch.
  • Factory Reset: As a last resort, you can perform a factory reset on the printer. This will reset all settings, including network configuration, so be sure to have the necessary setup information at hand.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
