@thering, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP Printer Showing Paper Tray as Empty!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Check Printer Compatibility: Make sure your printer model is compatible with Mac OS Sequoia 15.3.2. You can check this on HP's official website or in the printer's specifications.

Printer Connection: Verify that the printer is properly connected to your wireless network and your MacBook is on the same network as the printer.

Paper Tray: Even though the tray is physically full, check if the paper is properly aligned and not encountering any obstructions. Ensure that the media guides are not too tight against the paper stack.

Update Drivers: Check for any available updates for your printer's drivers on HP's website or through your MacBook's software update panel.

Reset Printer: Try resetting your printer. This can sometimes resolve communication issues between the printer and the computer.

Reinstall Printer Software: Remove the printer from your MacBook’s list of devices and add it back again. This may resolve any miscommunication between the two.

Check Printer Settings: Access the printer settings via your MacBook and ensure there are no site configurations set that could cause this issue.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
