- My hp Officejet pro 8035e printer detects other's wifi but not mine. Also, I try to use wifi direct instead and my Android phone detects the printer but says no internet access. What can I do if I'm no out of range? I tried with my hp laptop and it was the same thing. Please help!

@Mar0909, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
Yes, when you connect the printer using Wifi-Direct, there will be no internet access on the computer/mobile device.
Do you have a personal wireless router?
The printer cannot be connected to a guest network or a Hotspot.
To connect the printer to a wireless network,
- Restart the router, the printer, and the phone
On the printer screen, go to Setup > Network Setup > Restore network settings
Go back to Network > Wireless > Wireless setup wizard and select your network.
- Make sure the printer and the mobile device are connected to the same wireless network. Either 2.4 or 5GHz network.
- If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both networks.
Use the HP Smart app to print and scan from your mobile device.
You may download this from Play Store.
Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
