If you are unable to connect your printer to the internet and need assistance with setting up your printer, here are some troubleshooting steps to help resolve common issues:

 

Why can't I print with my HP All-In Plan Printer?

There could be several reasons why you might not be able to print with your HP All-In Plan printer.

Connection Problem:

  • Message: "Connection Problem, Please Connect Printer to the Internet" or "Printer Not Connected to the Internet".
  • Resolution: Ensure that the printer is connected to the internet. Reconnect your printer to resume printing.

Account Issues:

  • Message: "Check your Account" or "Printer Cannot Print".
  • Resolution: Your payment method may need updating. Go to MyAccount, click Sign In, enter your account credentials, then click Account, Shipping & Billing, and Edit under your payment method.

Cancellation:

  • Message: You cancelled the printing service.
  • Resolution: Printing services end immediately if you cancel within 30 days of enrollment or at the end of your billing cycle if you cancel later.

How do I set up my printer?

After you receive your printer, follow these steps to set it up for printing and to enable automatic ink replenishment.

Install the HP Smart App:

  • The HP Smart app is required for printer setup. Install the HP Smart app on each device using the printer.

Log In to HP Smart App:

  • Use the same account credentials you used to enroll in the HP All-In Plan.

Enable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth:

  • Ensure both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are enabled on your computer or mobile device.

Connect Devices to the Same Network:

  • Connect all devices, including the printer, to the same network and disable any Virtual Private Network (VPN).

Maintain Internet Connection:

  • Make sure the printer maintains a wireless or ethernet connection to the Internet. USB is not supported for setup.
