Product: HP Officejet Pro 8625 e-All-in-One Printer

After doing all the trouble shooting with virtual assistants and all the diagnostic programs my printer will not print from my computer either wirelessly of with a cable.  Prior to the last 2 days, the printer worked fine wirelessly.  The printer indicated that it is connected to the same network as my computer (and also to another computer from which I tried to print).
