Printer lost connectivity for some reason. Ran test and printed. Passed everything except for under >settings No filtering FAIL. It finds our router but wont connect. It’s never done this before, very strange.

Hi @Tina329,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I understand that you are facing connectivity issues. I’d like to help!
To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:
Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only.
Have you done any changes to your router network or software?
How is the printer connected USB or Wireless?
What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?
Meanwhile, perform the steps from this document and see how it goes.
Update the firmware
You may also refer to this User Manual and go to page 84 Network and Connection issues
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
