Common problems for Connectivity Issues

Just changed my broadband from BT to Sky, now cant connect printer to WI Fi, checked router password, i see Sky runs on 5GHz Bt was 2GHz, does this make a difference.

Is your printer HP Officejet 5230 All-in-One Printer? If yes, the printer supports dual-band network connectivity.

 

Always ensure that the 2.4 and 5 GHz networks should have different SSIDs. Also, the computer and the printer should be connected to the same network.

 

Refer to the document Connect to a Wireless HP Printer for alternate connectivity methods.

 

If you still have issues, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.
