I have seen a few similar posts but still have not been able to reconnect my printer back to our wi-fi. Was working fine the past year but then disconnected a couple weeks ago. My printer is able to find my router but then when I enter the password my printer tries to connect for a few minutes and then gives up. I am able to connect my printer to my cell hotspot and can print so it is definitely with my network. Nothing has changed on my network which is a Eero mesh network which supports both 2.4g and 5g networks. I do know that my printer only works on a 2.4g network and am thinking that is part of the issue but I am not sure why it stopped working and why I can't find a solution to reconnect my printer to my wifi.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Let's restore the network settings on the Printer: Go to>Setup Menu>Wireless>Restore Network Defaults
Once done try connecting the Printer to the Wi-Fi: Go to>Setup Menu>Wireless>Wireless Setup Wizard
Let me know if this helps.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Thanks!
Have a great day!

Hi and thanks for the reply. I have done that a few times. I just tried again. After restoring network settings. I tried to connect to my router. Via the wireless wizard...I can find the router and enter the pw. It tries connecting for a minute or two but results in a "Cannot connect to network" message.
