Wi-fi working, but e-print is not

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Wi-fi is working on printer, however e-print is not.  When I push the e-print button on the printer it says it is not connected to internet.  How do I connect my printer to the internet?

As the print does not print from the mobile device only, I suggest reviewing these guidelines for pint problem with HP ePrint, and to ensure your email meets the requirements for the service:
