Hi All

I changed address and I improve my wi-fi speed. I tried to set up the printer to the new internet connection and I could not do it.

I followed all the steps and I stopped to the point where it says:

You are connected to a 5GHz WI-FI network. However the printer can only be connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-fi network.

Please help

You can't connect that printer model to 5GHz wi-fi network.

You can use a USB cable for connection or enable on your router 2,4GHz wireless.
