Product: HP DeskJet 2755e All-in-One Printer

I can not connect to the wifi.

The printer was connected and the wifi on my computer/lap top indicates that the wifi is enabl,ed.  

I have unplugged the printer and still can not connect

Wireless connections to printers fail all-too-often. You should go to the HP Support webppage for your HP DeskJet 2755e printer, try the Official Troubleshooting steps (or call a PC PRO near you). Here is the link/URL:

@justdaveTX is correct but you may need to reset the printer
