Hi, the WiFi direct on my HP 8020 suddenly turned off. Yesterday everything printed fine and today I couldn’t print.   I’ve tried to turn it on by clicking on the icon on the touchscreen but I get a message that “ the WiFi direct is disabled.  Touch print guide for more info.”  When I try to print the guide, a blank sheet prints with only the hp logo on it.  I’ve also tried to set up through Settings but it does not allow me to turn on the WiFi direct.  Can someone help?
