Hi @Crystal148,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I am sorry to hear that you've recently changed your Wi-Fi password and need to reconnect your HP DeskJet 2755E printer, follow these steps:

Prepare Your Printer for Wi-Fi Setup:

  • Turn on your printer. Ensure that it is placed near the Wi-Fi router for a strong signal.
  • Make sure that your computer or mobile device is connected to the Wi-Fi network to which you want to connect your printer.

Remove the Printer from the App:

  • Please click on the printer that has already been added to the app. Once selected, scroll down and look for the option labeled “Remove from app.”
  • Click on this option to remove the printer. After confirming the action, the printer will be successfully removed from the app.

Restore Network Settings on the Printer:

  • To reset the wireless settings on your HP DeskJet 2755E, press and hold the Wireless button (the icon looks like a radio signal) and the Cancel button at the same time for about 5 seconds until the Power light blinks. This will restore the network settings to default.

Install the Printer Using HP Smart App:

  • Download and install the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device if you haven't already. It is available on both the Microsoft Store for Windows, the App Store for iOS, or Google Play for Android devices.
  • Open the HP Smart app and sign in or create an account if prompted.
  • Click on the plus sign (+) or "Add Printer" to start the setup.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to detect your printer.
  • You'll need to select your Wi-Fi network and enter the updated Wi-Fi password that you have set.

Complete the Connection:

  • If prompted by the app, follow any additional instructions to complete the setup. Your printer should now be connected to the Wi-Fi network.

Take care and have an amazing day!
