For anyone looking for help with this, the faulty firmware is: 6.23.6.5-202512060050 and the "fixed" firmware is: 6.23.6.8-202602030648

it seems the only way to get this is to contact HP support.

Thanks Deep_world for your reply.  However I do not have that little blue envelope and when I click on the link it states "Access Denied"

 

It was also help if your support centre was open outside of normal work hours.
