Hi @POLO07

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.

If you're having trouble resetting the password for your HP ENVY 6032 printer to connect it to your Wi-Fi from your iPhone, here are some steps you can follow to resolve the issue:

Reset the Printer Network Settings:

  • On the printer's control panel, go to Settings.
  • Look for Network Setup or Wireless Settings.
  • Select Restore Network Defaults. This will reset the network settings, including the Wi-Fi password.

Reconnect to Wi-Fi:

  • After resetting, the printer will go back to its default settings. You may need to reconnect to your Wi-Fi network.
  • On the printer’s control panel, navigate to Wireless Setup Wizard and select your Wi-Fi network. Enter your Wi-Fi password when prompted.

Use the HP Smart App:

  • Download the HP Smart app on your iPhone from the App Store if you haven't already.
  • Open the app, and it should guide you through connecting your printer to the Wi-Fi network. The app often simplifies the connection process.

Check Wi-Fi Credentials:

  • Make sure you are using the correct Wi-Fi password. If you’ve forgotten your Wi-Fi password, you can usually find it on your router or by accessing your router settings through a web browser.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • If you're able to connect the printer to Wi-Fi, check for any firmware updates that might improve connectivity. You can do this through the HP Smart app or from the printer's control panel.

Restart Devices:

  • Restart both your printer and your iPhone. Sometimes a simple reboot can resolve connection issues.

Forget the Network on iPhone:

  • On your iPhone, go to Settings > Wi-Fi, find your Wi-Fi network, and tap on the info icon (i) to forget the network. Then reconnect by entering the password again.

Try a Different Network:

  • If possible, try connecting the printer to a different Wi-Fi network (like a mobile hotspot) to see if the issue is specific to your current network.

I hope this helps! Keep me posted.
