Hi @Mike1535,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand you want to connect your HP LaserJet M15 to Wi-Fi. Let’s go through a few steps to check what could be causing the connection issue and get it set up properly.

Prepare the printer for Wi-Fi setup
– Make sure the printer is powered on and in a ready state.
– Place it close to the Wi-Fi router for the initial setup.

Reset the printer’s network settings
– Press and hold the Wireless button for about 5 seconds until the light blinks.
– This clears old Wi-Fi information so the printer can enter setup mode.

Use the HP Smart app to begin setup
– Install HP Smart on your phone or computer.
– Open the app and choose Add Printer; it will detect the M15 in “Setup Mode.”

Select your Wi-Fi network in the app
– Pick your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and enter your password.
– The app will send the network details to the printer automatically.

Wait for the wireless light to turn solid
– A steady light indicates the printer has successfully connected.
– If the light keeps blinking, move closer to the router and try again.

Print a Wireless Network Test Page
– In HP Smart, go to Printer Reports and print the wireless report.
– Confirm “Connected” status and check the printer’s assigned IP address.

Add the printer to Windows or macOS (if not auto-added)
– On Windows: go to Settings → Bluetooth & Devices → Printers & Scanners → Add Device.
– On macOS: go to System Settings → Printers & Scanners → Add Printer.

I hope this helps.
