Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Let's restore the network settings on the Printer:
On the back of the printer, press and hold the Wireless button for at least three seconds.
Once done, please connect the Printer to the Wi-Fi.

Thank you for your help! I am willing to try anything.
I have held the button for at least three seconds and the wireless light flashes blue. However, for the next step, I am either not aware of how to do it or it is not working because I cannot get the printer to connect to the wifi.
Any suggestions?

You can use the HP Smart App to connect to the Wi-Fi: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2073929-1413451-16
