Product: HP Photosmart Plus All-in-One Printer - B209a

I've gone down a rabbit hole trying to get this printer set back up after a move. I no longer have the Wireless Wizard Setup as a menu option, even after restoring defaults. After using the virtual assistant, I tried to follow these directions: If there is no WSD port, do not continue with these steps. Print a Network Configuration Page, create a manual IP connection in the printer EWS, and then add a Standard TCP/IP printer port in Windows.

But after printing the Network Configuration Page my URL(s) for Embedded Web Server is listed as http://0.0.0.0  so obviously that won't pull up anything.

What do I do now??
