Hello, major issue with HP DESKJET 2721e AIO printer, wifi  connection is not established , more than that wifi direct is also not working . I have tired these things

 

hard reset to switch to wifi - get an error message immediately I enter password for wifi , not able to connect to wifi

switch to  wifi direct, so that I can print the wifi direct password information( by pressing ‘I’ button and resume button’ nothing happens after that.

 

Please anyone have any suggestions why it might not be work ing?

I have managed to resolve this by using EWS and connecting to wifi .

I understand that you are getting connectivity issues on your notebook, I am glad to assist you.

 

Restore network settings to default settings

  • Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel together for three seconds.

Use HP Smart app to connect the printer to WIFI

Hi , i have done reset the wi-fi by pressing (wifi and cancel button together) and then when wifi light is flashing enter the wifi security details(such as password) , i get an error as soon as i do that., 'taking longer than expected' .

 

i have tried using the hp wireless connection , but printer (which was alreay set-up) is in error- stating use set up catridges.
