I set up the printer and don't know how to reactivate the Bluetooth feature. It just says to contact the person who set it up.

Hi @106KUA,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

To reactivate the Bluetooth feature on your HP OfficeJet Pro 8730 All-in-One Printer, follow these steps:

Access the Printer's Control Panel:

  • Make sure the printer is turned on.
  • From the home screen on the printer's control panel, navigate to the Settings menu.

Navigate to Wireless Settings:

  • Select Setup.
  • Tap on Network Setup.
  • Look for Wireless Settings or Bluetooth Settings.

Enable Bluetooth:

  • Find the Bluetooth option.
  • Enable Bluetooth by toggling the switch to the 'On' position.

Pair with Your Device:

  • Go to the Bluetooth settings on your Microsoft Windows 11 device.
  • Ensure Bluetooth is turned on.
  • Search for available devices and select your HP OfficeJet Pro 8730 printer.
  • Follow any on-screen instructions to complete the pairing process.

If you encounter any issues or the Bluetooth menu is not visible, it might be restricted based on the initial setup performed by another person. In such cases, consider resetting the network settings on the printer:

Reset Network Settings:

  • From the printer's control panel, navigate to Settings > Network Settings.
  • Select Restore Network Settings or a similar option to reset network configurations.

Reconfigure Wireless Setup:

  • Reconfigure the wireless settings including Bluetooth.

I hope this helps.
