I can't get it to print the information page or wifi page to be able to follow instructions

To resolve the Wi-Fi connection issues with your HP DeskJet 2732 All-In-One Printer, you can try the following steps to print the information page and Wi-Fi page.

 

Printing the Information Page:

  1. Ensure the Printer is On: Make sure the printer is powered on and in a ready state.
  2. Press and Hold the Information Button: On the printer's control panel, locate the Information button (it looks like a lowercase "i").
  3. Hold the Button: Press and hold the Information button for about 3 seconds until the information page starts printing.

Printing the Wi-Fi Configuration Page:

  1. Press and Hold the Wi-Fi Button: Locate the Wi-Fi button on the control panel (it usually has a Wi-Fi icon).
  2. Hold the Button: Press and hold the Wi-Fi button until the Wi-Fi light starts blinking. This should print the Wi-Fi configuration page.

Alternative Methods:

If the above steps do not work, you can try using the HP Smart app to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network. Here are the steps:

Download and Install HP Smart: Install the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.

Open the HP Smart App: Launch the HP Smart app on your device.

Add Your Printer: Follow the on-screen instructions to add your HP DeskJet 2732 printer.

Connect to Wi-Fi: During the setup process, the app will prompt you to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network. Follow the instructions to complete the connection.

Resetting the Printer's Network Settings:

If you're still unable to connect, try resetting the printer's network settings and then attempt the setup again.

  1. Restore Network Settings: On the printer's control panel, press and hold the Wi-Fi button and the Cancel button together until the Power light starts blinking. This will reset the network settings to factory defaults.
  2. Reconnect to Wi-Fi: Use the HP Smart app or the steps mentioned above to reconnect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.

 

These steps should help you print the necessary pages and connect your HP DeskJet 2732 All-In-One Printer to your Wi-Fi network.
