Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

I was using HP Album Printing Software on Windows XP to HP 6300 printer. Printers no longer functional because of expired ink problems, etc.  Software allowed printing photos and creating albums.  "Printer" selection offered many choices of multiple photos on single sheet of photo paper.  I'm looking for Windows 11 software that will allow me same capabilities to print on HP PfficeJet Pro 9110b printer.  Any help?

Welcome to the HP Community --

It's been a minute since I have seen anything XP flavored.

Windows "today" --

There are applications that can print one or more photos on one or more sheets of paper at selected size or at random sizes based on the application, the number of photos, and original photo file pixel size.

Samples

  • HP Smart - Windows includes a setting to print more than one photo on a sheet of paper.
  • Print Pictures - formally Windows Photo Viewer - can print one or more of the same or different photos at a select size on the selected paper

Thanks for the suggestions. However, I was unable to locate the "Print Pictures" application.  I  looked on-line for applications, but their descriptions sounded more like altering the photo than about printing more than one photo per sheet. If you can point me to the source, I'll try the "Print Pictures".

As an alternative, I might try connecting my HP OfficeJet Pro 9110B to my Windows XP desktop PC.  Any suggestion as to what driver for Windows XP that might work with the printer? ESinVA

You are welcome.

I cannot explain why you cannot use Print Pictures -- (Legacy Print / Windows Photo Viewer).

No, I do not know of a way to use this printer series with XP.

What?

The printer firmware, EWS, and software for the OfficeJet Pro 91xx (and 81xx) is different even from previous (older) OfficeJet Pro models.  This is a good thing but it does limit the Windows versions that support the printer.

Perhaps the instructions in my illustration do not explain well enough --

Try the instructions here --

Print Windows 11 Contact Sheets: Quick Multi Photo Layouts to PDF

How Windows 11 builds contact sheets: two built‑in methods
1. File Explorer — the classic Print Pictures dialog

Partial Excerpt

  • Open File Explorer (Windows + E) and navigate to the folder with your images.
  • Select the photos you want to include. Use Ctrl+click for individual selection or Shift+click for a range.
  • Right‑click any selected photo and choose Print from the context menu. On some Windows 11 installs you must first click Show more options to reveal the legacy Print command.
