HP Recommended

I had to change a router, and I can no longer connect my HP printer (above) to the home wifi.  Neither my Mac (Tahoe 26.5) nor my windows computer can find the printer.  I followed all instructions about the Information button and then simultaneously pressing the wifi and cancel button to send a signal to both computers already connected to the internet, but no luck.  I am using the hp application as well as computer print settings.  Total mystery.  Anyone have any ideas?  PS plugs on everything have been pulled and reinserted numerous times!
