After moving, my printer has not been able to connect to the wifi. After countless tries with the virtual assistant and YouTube, I am stuck and looking for help. I am sure it is a simple fix. I do not have a touchscreen on my printer. Thanks in advance for the help.

@thebestnia, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Here's a step-by-step guide to help you reconnect your HP DeskJet 3752 All-in-One Printer to Wi-Fi after moving, especially since it doesn't have a touchscreen and you're using macOS 12 Monterey:
Step 1: Reset the Printer’s Wireless Settings
This ensures you're starting fresh.
- Turn on the printer.
- Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons on the printer at the same time for 5 seconds.
- The Wireless light will start blinking, indicating it's in setup mode.
Step 2: Download and Use the HP Smart App (Recommended)
HP Smart simplifies the setup process.
- Download the HP Smart app for macOS from the Mac App Store or HP Smart
- Open the app and sign in or create an HP account.
- Click “+” to add a printer.
- The app should detect your printer in setup mode. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect it to your Wi-Fi.
Make sure your Mac and printer are on the same Wi-Fi network and that your Mac is not connected to a VPN during setup.
Step 3: Use WPS (If HP Smart Doesn’t Work)
If your router supports WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup):
- Press and hold the Wireless button on the printer until the wireless light starts blinking.
- Within 2 minutes, press the WPS button on your router.
- The wireless light will stop blinking once connected.

Step 4: Add Printer in macOS
Once connected:
- Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
- Click the “+” button to add your printer.
- Select your printer from the list and click Add.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
