HP DeskJet 3752 All-in-One Printer
macOS 12.0 Monterey

After moving, my printer has not been able to connect to the wifi. After countless tries with the virtual assistant and YouTube, I am stuck and looking for help. I am sure it is a simple fix. I do not have a touchscreen on my printer. Thanks in advance for the help.

@thebestnia, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Here's a step-by-step guide to help you reconnect your HP DeskJet 3752 All-in-One Printer to Wi-Fi after moving, especially since it doesn't have a touchscreen and you're using macOS 12 Monterey:

Step 1: Reset the Printer’s Wireless Settings

This ensures you're starting fresh.

  1. Turn on the printer.
  2. Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons on the printer at the same time for 5 seconds.
  3. The Wireless light will start blinking, indicating it's in setup mode.

Step 2: Download and Use the HP Smart App (Recommended)

HP Smart simplifies the setup process.

  1. Download the HP Smart app for macOS from the Mac App Store or HP Smart
  2. Open the app and sign in or create an HP account.
  3. Click “+” to add a printer.
  4. The app should detect your printer in setup mode. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect it to your Wi-Fi.

Make sure your Mac and printer are on the same Wi-Fi network and that your Mac is not connected to a VPN during setup.

Step 3: Use WPS (If HP Smart Doesn’t Work)

If your router supports WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup):

  1. Press and hold the Wireless button on the printer until the wireless light starts blinking.
  2. Within 2 minutes, press the WPS button on your router.
  3. The wireless light will stop blinking once connected.

Step 4: Add Printer in macOS

Once connected:

  1. Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
  2. Click the “+” button to add your printer.
  3. Select your printer from the list and click Add.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
