Product: HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer

Hello all,

 

My printer is setup to print wirelessly and is also setup to go into energy save mode after 15 minutes. Once the printer goes into energy save mode it NEVER comes back online to print. Any print jobs sent will state the printer is offline. Why isnt there an option to just turn off energy save mode on the 8610 printer? How do I resolve this so I can print without always having to turn off the printer and then turn it back on? That is a complete waste of time.

 

The printer is connected to my network with a DHCP assigned IP. This assigned IP is actual via DHCP reservation, so the same IP is used bc it is matched to the printer MAC address. I have run Print and Scan Doctor 5.0.18 and it cannot communicate with the printer.
