eThis printer is only three months old and has worked before but I have been trying to print something for two days. When I try to print I just get error messages and see that the printer and the laptop are not connected. When I go to "printers and scanners" I see it listed but cannot connect to it.  The laptop and printer are connected to the same wireless network. I used the connection wizard on the printer and when I printed the wireless network test results on the top of the page is says "attention the wireless radio is not functioning please contact HP support. I have also updated the driver last night.

Can someone help?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's reset the network settings on the Printer: 1. From the Home screen, touch (Wireless) and then touch ( Settings ). 2. Touch Restore Network Settings, and then follow the onscreen instructions.

Once done, connect the Printer back to the Wi-Fi.

Let me know if this helps.
