Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer is HP 6968.  I cannot access Wireless Wizard Setup on Restore Network settings.  They are grayed out.  It tells me this feature has been blocked by the person who set up the printer.  That was me and I don't recall that occurring when I set up the printer.
