Hi

Whenever I turn on M281fdw the message appears on the display "Wireless cable connection issue. Please contact HP Support". What is this?

I tried to downgrade printer to older version to use non-original cartridges, but the firmware not sending over. However the PC and Mac established wireless connection, I tried to send a printing job and it printed. What is this issue? Should I try to use USB cable to downgrade the firmware?
