Photosmart 6520 e-All-in-one Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My wireless printer has always been connected to my wireless router, all of a sudden it wouldnt print anything and is no longer connected. I tried to turn it off and reconnect to the wifi and still not connecting. All other electronic devices in my home are connected to the wireless so I know that part is not the issue. Please help me connect and print!! Thank you!

@AshBurg

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer:

Go to the Setup menu>Wireless menu>Restore network defaults

Once done, connect the Printer to the Wi-Fi again.

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
