Im reaching out for help since there is no one available at HP nor through HP Smart. I just got an office and for some unknown reasons I'm unable to connect my printer to my laptop. HP smart does not detect my printer, printer appears offline however I was able to get the printer connected to the office WIFI MAC and for the few times the app was able to pick up my printer i get the following error - " your computer is connected to a wireless network which use enterprise level authentication (802.1 x or WPA Enterprise). This type of authentication is not supported by this HP software". per the app is asking me to open HP support for help configuring the printer to work this authentication but no help at all. if anyone had to deal with something like this in the past please advise how to fix this issue. thanks in advance

Hi @vICRAMS
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are facing connectivity issues with HP Printer via MAC.
Kindly refer to the steps on this link to connect via Airprint and let me know if that fixes the issue.
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!

Check settings & restart
Make sure Wi-Fi is on. Then turn it off and on again to reconnect. Learn how to connect to Wi-Fi networks.
Make sure Airplane mode is off. Then turn it on and off again to reconnect.
Press your phone's power button for a few seconds. Then, on your screen, tap Restart
Greetings,
Peter
