@Ali0904, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like your HP OfficeJet Pro 9130e isn't being detected by your computer. Here are some steps to resolve this:

Check Basic Connectivity

  • Make sure the printer is turned on and the Wi-Fi light is solid blue (indicating it's connected to the network).
  • Ensure the printer and your computer are on the same Wi-Fi network.
  • Restart your printer, router, and computer to refresh connections.

Use HP Smart for Setup

  • Download and install HP Smart on your computer from HP website.
  • Open HP Smart and click Add a Printer to find and connect your printer.

Manually Connect the Printer to Wi-Fi

  • On the printer’s touchscreen, go to:
Setup > Network Setup > Wireless Settings > Wireless Setup Wizard
  • Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the Wi-Fi password.

Check Your Router Settings

  • Disable MAC Address Filtering or add the printer’s MAC address to the allowed devices.
  • Ensure AP Isolation (Client Isolation) is OFF in the router settings.
  • If using WPA3 security, switch to WPA2 (as some printers may not support WPA3).

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor (Windows)

  • Download from here.
  • Run the tool and follow on-screen instructions to diagnose the issue.

Assign a Static IP Address

  • On the printer’s touchscreen, go to:
Setup > Network Setup > Advanced Settings > IP Settings > Manual IP
  • Set an IP address like 192.168.1.100, then on your PC, try adding the printer via Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Add a Printer > TCP/IP Address

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
