Try these steps:

Enable Wireless from Printer Menu

  1. Go to Printer Control Panel > Tap Wireless (Wi-Fi) Icon.
  2. Select Settings > Wireless Setup Wizard.
  3. Turn Wireless ON and connect to your Wi-Fi network.

Use Printer’s Embedded Web Server (EWS)

  1. Find Printer’s IP Address:
    • On the printer, go to Settings > Network Setup > View Network Configuration.
    • Note down the IP address (e.g., 192.168.1.100).
  2. Access EWS:
    • Open a web browser on your computer and type the IP address in the address bar.
    • Press Enter.
  3. Enable Wireless:
    • Navigate to Network > Wireless (802.11) and enable Wireless Radio.

Restore Network Settings 

  1. On the printer's touchscreen, go to Settings > Restore Defaults.
  2. Select Restore Network Settings.
  3. Reconnect to Wi-Fi using Wireless Setup Wizard.

Try printing a wireless test page from the printer menu to confirm connectivity. Let me know if you need further help! 😊
