Hi mrsbigrick

You can try:

Option 1: Reset Network Settings

  1. Turn on the printer.

  2. Press and hold the Wireless button (WiFi symbol) and the Cancel button (red X) simultaneously for about 3 seconds.

  3. The network settings will reset, and the Wireless light will start blinking.

Option 2: Use the HP Smart App

  1. Download the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.

  2. Open the app and click Add Printer or the "+" icon.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your new WiFi network.

Option 3: Manual Setup

  1. On the printer's control panel, navigate to the Wireless Setup Wizard (usually under Setup or Network menu).

  2. Select your new WiFi network from the list and enter the password when prompted.

I hope the above is helpful!
