Wrong paperwork coming from Printer

HP ENVY PHOTO 7855 Printer. It is a refurbished and now it is starting to printout paperwork that is not mine. I don't know how to fix the problem, and make it stop, or if I need to just buy a new Printer.

"Refurbished" does not mean possessed by a previous owner.

The printer does not store hidden documents in the printer and then print them.

If someone -- not you -- is printing to the printer, the person sending the jobs to the printer must have access to the printer.

Examples

If the printer is not on the network and is only connected to your computer using an USB printer cable, then someone has access to your computer and therefore, the printer, too.

Printer access protection is controlled on your network.

The person sending jobs to your printer might have access to your wireless network password.

Your network might not even be protected by a wireless network password - an open network is certainly NOT recommended but some people decide they don't need the security.

The printer might be assigned its own email address (ePrint on older printers) -- if the person sending jobs has your printer's email address AND you don't have your HP Smart / HP Connected account protected against "anyone" using the printer (allowed / access list of users), then the person can send jobs directly to the printer's email.
