Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.
HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I uninstalled my printer and drivers and reset the network settings to factory default to try to resolve a scanning issue.

Unfortunately, I seem to have made things worse.

Now, neither of my laptops can find my printer through Windows Control Panel or HP Print and Scan Doctor.

I have printed a Wireless Network Test Report which advises that the "Network Name (SSID) Found" status is "FAIL".  The "Network Name" appears as "hpsetup".

I have tried repeatedly to reconnect the printer to my wi-fi router through the printer display panel "Wi-fi Protected Setup" push button method, but on each occasion it times out.  The PIN protected method is the same.

I have tried reinstalling the printer drivers from the original CD but this doesn't work either.

I don't have the original HP cable to connect the printer to my laptops.

Can anyone please help?
