I Purchased a HP Smart tank Printer 750 Series on 28/03/2024. Now It Cannot be Connected with Mobile MOTO 73G, We cannot Print any document from the Mobile. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

To resolve the issue of printing documents from your Motorola MOTO 73G mobile device to your HP Smart Tank 750 series printer, please follow these steps:

Check Wi-Fi Connection

  1. Ensure Wi-Fi is Enabled: Verify that the Wi-Fi connection is enabled on both the printer and mobile device.
  2. Connect to the Same Network: Make sure the HP Smart Tank 750 printer and your MOTO 73G are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

Use the HP Smart App

  1. Install HP Smart App: Ensure that you have the HP Smart app installed on your MOTO 73G device. It is available on the Google Play Store.
  2. Add Printer: Open the app and add your printer by following these steps:
    • Open the HP Smart app.
    • Tap the plus sign (+) to add a new printer.
    • Select your HP Smart Tank 750 from the list of available printers.

Enable Mobile Printing Services

  1. HP Print Service Plugin: Make sure you have installed the HP Print Service Plugin on your mobile device from the Google Play Store.
  2. Activate Plugin: Go to your phone's settings, find the "Printing" section, and ensure the HP Print Service Plugin is enabled.

Wi-Fi Direct Printing (If Needed)

  1. Turn on Wi-Fi Direct on Printer: If not connected to a Wi-Fi network, use Wi-Fi Direct to print by following these steps:
    • On your printer’s control panel, enable Wi-Fi Direct.
    • In the mobile's Wi-Fi settings, connect to the printer’s Wi-Fi Direct name (e.g., DIRECT-xx-HP Smart Tank 750).
