Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

had this printer since summer without any issues & don't print hard copy often,  but now will only print from Smart App which means I can't print from browser sites I use for work.  Have done all the suggested fixes but no change

yes, I understand how the printer is supposed to work so it seems like the print message using those drop down menus isn't being communicated to the printer as they don't even show up in the print queue.  It is set up as the default printer in windows
