Hi @Dechava,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you're having trouble connecting your HP DeskJet 2800 All-in-One Printer to the internet.

Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot this issue:

Restart Printer and Router:

  • Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Restart your wireless router by unplugging it for about 30 seconds and then plugging it back in.
  • Wait for the router to fully restart, and then turn on your printer again.

Check Wireless Settings:

  • Ensure that your printer is within range of your wireless router.
  • Verify that the wireless signal strength is adequate where your printer is located.
  • Make sure the wireless feature on your printer is enabled.

Run Wireless Setup Wizard:

  • On the printer's control panel, navigate to the Wireless or Network settings.
  • Choose the option to set up a new wireless connection or run the Wireless Setup Wizard.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your printer to your wireless network.

Update Printer Firmware: Update the firmware on an HP printer

  • Sometimes updating the printer's firmware can resolve connectivity issues.
  • Check HP's official website for any available firmware updates for your HP DeskJet 2800 printer model.

Restart Devices:

  • Restart your computer or device from which you are trying to print.
  • Ensure that there are no pending print jobs that might be causing conflicts.

Check for Interference:

  • Nearby electronic devices, walls, or other physical obstructions can interfere with your printer's wireless signal.
  • Try moving your printer closer to your wireless router and away from other electronic devices.

Reset Network Settings:

  • If other methods don't work, you may need to reset the network settings on your printer and set up the connection again.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
