Hi @Bob80808080,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Thanks for reaching out. Connecting your HP DeskJet 2810e or 4800 series printer wirelessly can feel tricky, but let’s make it straightforward with the right steps.

Steps to Connect HP DeskJet 2810e / 4800 Series Wirelessly

1. Prepare Your Printer

  • Plug in and power on the printer.
  • Make sure it’s in Wi-Fi setup mode
    • Press and hold the Wireless button and Cancel button together for 3 seconds.
    • The Wireless light should blink blue, indicating setup mode.

2. Install HP App

3. Connect to Wi-Fi

  • In the HP app, tap Add Printer.
  • Select your printer from the list.
  • Enter your Wi-Fi network name and password when prompted.
  • Wait for the printer to connect and confirm with a solid blue light.

4. Complete Setup

  • Install drivers if prompted.
  • Print a test page to confirm connectivity.
