hy, from a bunch of days I can't print or scan form my printer with a smartphone with android 12.

From my PC with windows 10 it works  fine

When I send a print from HP smart app nothing happen.
I can't scan the italian mesage is " collocare il materiale sullo scanner e premere il tasto per iniziare " the button  is grey and i cant tapp on it.
Tried to connect to a new wifi , tried to intall e connect the printer with hp smart app on a new smartphone. didn't work.

Hp site report a new firmware is  available 

I would try to upgrade firmware but on the management webpage there isn't the ugpgrade button. 
If try with the usb i see a window open and close rigth away, I cant read anything .

anyone have a suggestion?
