I recently purchased an HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 4278 printer (4200 series) and during setup, it printed a page with the printer's email address and instructions to change it on HPconnected.com using the printer code. Unfortunately, that website no longer exists.
I read online that Eprint is only supported for printers released before 2020, and mine falls within that range. Interestingly, using the default Eprint email actually works to send print jobs! However, I'd like to personalize the email address associated with the printer.
the HP Smart app apparently houses Eprint settings now, but I can't locate them in my app's printer settings. There are "print anywhere" settings, but I prefer the functionality of Eprint.
If anyone knows how to change the printer email address in this situation, I'd greatly appreciate your help!
