Hello @Badger521, Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the HP Envy 6000e

We appreciate the opportunity to assist you and are glad we could help work toward a resolution. We hope our support has been valuable.

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please try a few troubleshooting steps provided below so that I can assist you further?

Restore Wi-Fi Setup Mode

  • Press and hold the Wireless button (rear) and Cancel (X) button together for 5 seconds.
  • The light bar will pulse purple, indicating the printer is ready for setup.

Use HP Smart App

  • Open the HP Smart app on your phone or computer.
  • Select “Add Printer” and follow the on-screen instructions.

Check AT&T All‑Fi Hub Settings

  • Ensure the 2.4 GHz network is enabled, as most printers do not support 5 GHz.
  • If band steering is enabled (same network name for 2.4/5 GHz), ensure both devices are on the same network/subnet.

Verify Printer Placement

  • Place the printer within 3–4 meters (12–13 feet) of the router during setup.
  • This ensures a stable and strong signal.

Restart All Devices

  • Turn off the printer, computer, and AT&T hub.
  • Turn them back on to clear any temporary connection errors.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
