Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Printer

yesterday i was having no problems. today, i cannot connect to printer. i've tried for the last 3 hours to get help and alll i get are: restart-check wi-fi (it's working fine) restart-i did; etc. etc. I am a retired lawyer-not a computer wizard. i need a person who can log in to my system, find out what is wrong and fix it- just like Apple would do and has done for my Iphone. can i get help before i trash these HP products and switch to Apple? last chance
