Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

Just installed a new xfinity gateway x1 and now I cannot get printer to connect.  the printer recognizes the network but will not connect to the router

Please share your printer model or product number for further assistance.

 

May I know if you are using the printer with a computer or a phone?

If using with a computer which operating system is installed on your computer? If using a phone, is it an iPhone or Android?

 

Was the change in your wireless router or service provider?

What is the status of your printer's wireless light, is it blinking or steady?

 

Could you please check and let me know if your wireless router has a WPS button on it.

 

Also make sure you are trying to connect to 2.4GHz network, because few or many printer model does not support 5GHz network.

If you are not sure of this please check with your ISP (Internet service provider).
