I have written to HP support 5 days now about my printer been unable to connect to web services and no one has the curtesy of contacting me or responding yet. I need to use my printer and the services it offers that why I bought it. The product is excellent customer service is very sloppy. I have tried all the trouble shooting suggestions and none worked. I have read numerous issues like mine on the support group and tried the suggestion and still none worked. Please I need this resolved now. Its my second printer with the same issue. This is really frustrating me HP. I need to get my Kids stuff printed for their school.

thanks. I did call a number two night ago and finally got through to someone who was really diligent in helping me. We spent over 1 hr on the call trying to fix the problem which he eventually did. Now I am a happy customer again. Thank you
