It has always been working via an ethernet cable from my PC direct to the printer.    Some while ago, I got messages that printing would stop working if I wasn't connected to the internet.       and today , the printer just stopped working, because I wasn't connected to the internet.    I am however still connected to via the eternet cable, and I want to continue using that.

What do I have to do to print further via the eternet cable
